Coir Fest 2014 big successful: Adoor

George IAS Secretary Coir said on her welcome speech that more coir societies
are coming under government schemes, through this government is able to
increase the wages as well as working capital. In public sector coir government
interaction will be made more active, she said.
Government
will be implemented the strategies that were put forward the request came from
different seminars in the fest, she added.
Sri Mercy
Dhayana Maasido, Municipal Chairperson Alappuzha told in her presidential
address that government should make surety about maximizing the raw material
for the production within the Kerala.
Hon’ble
Minister for Revenue and Coir Sri Adoor Prakash, said in his inaugural speech
he thanked all individual worked for the success of this great event. In his
speech he also told that safety and secured will guaranteed by the government
and can bring changes in the life style of coir employees.
He also said
that first preference will be given to make raw material available within the
state and income support scheme will be applied in private sector.
New
machineries will be introduced in the sector to increase the production from limited
sources of husk.
Dr. K.
Madanan, Director of Development Board said in report that fourth edition of
coir fest was a successful and also looking forward with next edition.

from different level in the society thanked the whole team worked for the
success.

Miniter Sri Adoor Prakash distributed awards for the winners for best
procession, best stall, and best government institute and also for the winners
of different cultural activities.
